Camera Handy
So, I've been noticing lately, that I am missing all the perfect camera moments with the boys. They will be doing something so cute, like sitting side by side in their chairs watching TV, and just being so sweet together, I'll think, oh take a picture, run to get the camera...and then I've missed it! Just tonight, Walker climbed up to the desk, sat at the computer and took the ear phones and put them in his ears. Of course, I ran to get the camera, but missed the moment. I think I've decided I need more cameras! One for the car when we're out and about. One for upstairs and one for downstairs. But then I think, aren't I blessed to even have a camera...how excessive would three be! I would however like a video camera that is a little more accessible and smaller for easier use and ease of travel! And while I'm sharing camera wants, I would love a digital camera that could take a picture right after I've taken one. It drives me crazy waiting for the thing to load back up so I can take another picture...another time I miss the moment!

Too Cute to Not Share
My Daddy came and kept the boys the other night and brought them these plastic fireman hats. After dinner, Tony took Walker's clothes off to go take a bath, and of course, Hudson wanted his off too. Then, they put on their fireman hats and Hudson started saying he was a fireman naked...with the cutest little voice, so I snapped some pictures and they are precious...surely I'm not biased?!

Thankful Thursday
I just realized that it's Thursday, and I figure since it still is...today, I am thankful for...
1. Hudson and Walker playing together
2. Walker saying "Mommy" so clearly now
3. Tony taking off work early to do special things with us
4. Music...we love music, singing it, listening to it, and making it
5. Hudson always thanking us for cooking his food
6. Walker's sweet "thank you" too
7. The change of seasons and fall coming
8. My sweet family singing "Jesus Loves Me" in the hall before bedtime
9. Walker's sweet squeeze hug right before I lay him down for the night
10. Having this blog as an outlet to right stuff down and put pictures quickly(so much faster than scrapbooking)

The Pumpkin Patch
Yesterday, Tony came home from work early so that we could take the boys to Washington Farms in Watkinsville. It was definitely the hottest day of fall and bright and sunny! We were all so, so hot, but we had so much fun. First, we went straight for the pumpkin patch, and both boys jumped right in and picked out their own little pumpkin.
Then, we watched 8 week old pigs race around a track.
Next, we pumped water for a duck race, got close(well, kinda) to some animals...big pigs, turkey, peacock, rabbits, goats and some kinda mule looking thing.

By this time, we were so hot and getting tired, so we re-energized with a snack.
Then, we rode a cow train, played in a corn box and finally picked out our big pumpkin and came home!
We really did have so much fun and it was a nice treat to have Tony home in the afternoon.
