Yesterday, Tony came home from work early so that we could take the boys to Washington Farms in Watkinsville. It was definitely the hottest day of fall and bright and sunny! We were all so, so hot, but we had so much fun. First, we went straight for the pumpkin patch, and both boys jumped right in and picked out their own little pumpkin.

Then, we watched 8 week old pigs race around a track.

Next, we pumped water for a duck race, got close(well, kinda) to some animals...big pigs, turkey, peacock, rabbits, goats and some kinda mule looking thing.

By this time, we were so hot and getting tired, so we re-energized with a snack.

Then, we rode a cow train, played in a corn box and finally picked out our big pumpkin and came home!

We really did have so much fun and it was a nice treat to have Tony home in the afternoon.
